On February 8, 2022, Director Hwang Shaw-Yhi and Sustainability Coordinator Theodoor Richard, received Ass.Professor Kuan-Ju Chen of Guam University.
They discussed cooperation and decided to work together on a joint conference about Pacific Island Sustainablity.
