【Epidemic Prevention】The NCHU Campus's Contingency Plan for COVID-19 (05.26.2021)

School Courses
1. Distace Education: postponed to the end of this semester.
2. The office of academic affairs will provide the evaluation of eac course for this semster.

Campus

1. The NCHU campus will be closed to the public starting now until June 14.
Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and retired employee could show certification to get into the university.
Those who need to handle affairs inside the campus, please show your ID and relevant certification
(e.g. notice of meeting, invitation, email, visitor card, work permit, or other certified document) and
let it checked by the information department at the gate.

Indoor gatherings of 5+ people and outdoor gatherings of 10+ people prohibited until 14, June.
3. All the buildings set up the examination counter and text message system. In addition, the enty will be restricted to a single door.
4. From now on, the NCHU campus will cancal  the rule to paste a sticker on the person who enter into the buildings.
5. Must wear a mask, wash hands frequently, and keep social distace.
6. Clean and disnfect for the public spaces of each building, and record the time.


Office
1. Manage the human resouce and work place
2. Work-from-home must be approved by unit chief, and the decision will not effet the rights and interests of faculties, staffs, and students.

Commencement
1. The commencemet is canceled this year, and NCHU will offer online commencement video for students.
2. The graduation party of each department is canceled. 

Venue in NCHU Campus
1. The libray will be closed form 18, May, only open the information desk and it will only be available for pickup, delivery.
2. The outdoor/ indoor sport venue will be closed from 17, May. 
3. The student resturants start to conduct name registration.
